Rules of the 134th Infantry Regiment.

Most of these rules are straight forward and very easy to understand. They are to be followed at all times.
Breaking these rules is the same as breaking any agreement and will result in your removal. All members are given 3 chances. Break any 3 rules and you are removed. With the
exception of some rules that if they are broken only once you'll be removed without any further warnings. If these rules seem too demanding for you then please look elsewhere.

Cheating:

No member shall use or support the use of any cheats. Doing so will result in immediate dismissal from the clan, banned from all our server(s) I can not express this rule enough. Make no mistake, we have zero tolerance when it comes to cheats.

Recruiting:

All recruiting is done by the Officers of the clan. Leaders have the final say on who will and who will not be invited into our group. Do not hound a Leader to let someone you like in.
That will result in having the applicants ignored and possibly having the member asking disciplined. Your job ends when you request a player to try out.
All steps after that will be handled solely by the leaders.

Behavior:

All members will uphold the highest level of respect, maturity and
sportsmanship to anyone they come in contact with!
Don't test us on this rule. We will remove you from this clan immediately. Your behavior represents this clan as a whole.
Behavior rules are as follows:

-If you have any problems with any other =[134thIR]= member don't take the matter
in your own hands. Contact a Leader as soon as possible and set a time up for you, the Leader, and the person you're
having problems with to maturely discuss the problems. Don't start calling names and hope that you'll settle it in that manner. If we find out that you do you'll be dealt
with swiftly. Use common sense.

-Do not accuse others of cheating. Take note of the player you believe is hacking by getting his xfire, name and any other
info that may be helpful to the Leader. Calling him names and starting fights will not solve anything and could possibly make
you look more the fool if hes not cheating. Get hard evidence and or contact an Admin to look at the accused playing and let
him determine what actions should be taken.

-Do not boast your playing skills even if you are better than a fellow member or player. Most likely when you first started playing
your playing skills were less than desirable. Don't discourage people that are not as skillful as yourself. Don't get caught talking down to others. We have no room for you if you do!

-If you have Admin then you were given it in good faith to use with maturity. Do not abuse it. Abusing Admin rights will cause you not only to lose your Admin privileges but disciplinary actions will be taken as well. No cruel admin commands will be used on any player on our servers without the consent of a Leader. Don't think we wont find out either. Many will report your abuse and it can be verified through server logs. You've been warned.

-Whining every time you die is just dumb. If someone kills you then don't start saying, Gay, n00b, BS, or WTF. Instead keep those type of comments to yourself. It makes you look like a whiny individual who cant take a loss now and then. If you're frustrated then leave till you calm down and get your head together. Don't lose your head and start calling them names and insulting everyone that you come in contact with.

-This clan is based solely on teamwork and co-operation. You don't win matches by being the loner and we don't want loners in the clan. The idea of being in a clan is not about status or hopes of getting admin. Its about working together to accomplish the same goals. We only recruit individuals that are willing to operate as one unit. If you are more counter-productive than productive then you will be released.

-Last but not least, treat others the way you'd like to be treated.

Requirements:

All members are required to make all meetings, practices and any matches they are scheduled to participate in. It is mandatory. If by some reason you are unable to attend, let a Leader know well in advance the reason(s) why you're unable to show. Disregard of this rule is frowned upon and will be dealt with. By not showing up to meetings, practices, and especially matches shows us that you are not committed and cannot be relied upon. All clan events will be posted in the forums.

Orders:

All members will follow the orders of the Leaders at all times. Take note to this rule as it will not be compromised and will get you dismissed from the clan. If a Leader makes a request or asks you to perform a duty then you better do it! If he tells you to rush out to draw fire then do it. If you're told to just stand there and die, then do it! Don't argue. If you cant follow orders then its time for you to move on. In matches you must follow the highest
ranked Leaders orders. Don't disregard him and run off to do your own thing.
That only creates chaos and confusion and if you're not in your spot
then your fellow members cannot rely on your teamwork and support. Again all members will follow a Leaders request at all times. You will follow the highest ranking Leaders commands to a key and without argument.

Admin:

If you have admin then this only applies to you. The highest ranking member in the server has full control over admin use. You may still use admin chat. All other commands are reserved for the highest rank when he is on the server. If you're doing badly and there is no other admin above you in rank, then call a map change vote. Don't just switch it. If you're the only admin on and a player starts trouble then don't lower yourself to
using commands such as /kill,/kick, etc. Ask him politely
to get his act together. If he cannot do so after two warnings
he needs to be kicked. If he comes back and does it again, he needs to be banned. Afterwards, explain the problem he was creating to a Leader and provide
their xfire and name.

Thank you for taking the time to read our rules
